In Zurich City and Winterthur we offer you a particularly fast option: If you order by 12 p.m., delivery will take place on the same day between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. The following applies to hospitals in the rest of Switzerland: Orders placed by 2 p.m. will be delivered by 2 p.m. the following day at the latest.

Having flowers delivered: frequently asked questions and answers
When do I have to order by to receive next day delivery?
Orders must be placed by 2pm to select the next day delivery option. The delivery service is available throughout Switzerland from Tuesday to Saturday. In Zurich City and Winterthur we offer a same-day service: orders that reach us by 12 p.m. at the latest are delivered the same day by our private courier service. This service is valid from Monday to Friday and until 6 a.m. on Saturday. You can find an overview of the delivery areas here.
How much are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs within Switzerland are CHF 8.90. If you would like same-day delivery in Winterthur or Zurich by 12 p.m., a surcharge of CHF 4.00 will be charged.
Deliveries to hospitals are more time-consuming and often require clarifications about the patient's stay. Therefore, the delivery costs in these cases amount to CHF 11.90.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If you are away, we always place the package in a protected place. All orders are securely packed in flower boxes and the stems are wrapped in Freshbags so that they stay fresh even if you wait for a long time.
