Flowers are seasonal products. Therefore, the whole variety is not always available.The bouquets shown are adapted to the respective season. The assortment is usually changed four times a year. Nevertheless, we cannot always guarantee that the flowers shown will be available at all times, especially in the case of last-minute orders. A bouquet may therefore look slightly different in reality than it does in the picture.
However, each bouquet is a work of art that is individually and freshly assembled on site and corresponds as closely as possible to the picture in shape and colour.
Even with plants, the pictures of the products can have deviations as the shape, colour and pattern can always be slightly different. However, we do our utmost to ensure that these differences are minimal.
Prices
Flower prices are naturally subject to seasonal and regional fluctuations.The prices of the products and services of Bluemelade Töss are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Transport costs are not included in the prices. They depend on the choice of the customer at the time of his order.
Delivery times
Delivery times may vary, especially on public holidays such as Christmas and New Year, Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc. Delivery delays of up to 24 hours can occasionally occur on such days.Your flowers are usually delivered between 8am and 8pm on weekdays and between 8am and 4pm on Saturdays. Blueme-Shop.ch cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but will make every effort to meet your request. Different delivery conditions apply to individual, distant delivery locations or those that can only be reached by public transport (e.g. mountain railway, ship, etc.). Therefore, in these rare cases, not every order can be completed on time.
In the case of a delivery of our products to hotels, authorities/offices, medical practices, establishments with a reception or a reception, Blueme-Shop.ch considers the delivery to have been carried out and completed when the product is handed over to the reception/reception.

There will be no compensation for any delays in delivery due to missing information.If a second delivery or additional delivery is necessary due to missing information or hospital discharge, we will have to charge the delivery costs again.
If the recipient is not at home when the delivery is made or direct handover is not possible, the supplier decides independently whether to leave the flowers outside at the front door, with the neighbor or in the mailbox. The courier will decide, at its own discretion and depending on the weather, whether it is possible to deposit the flowers and we accept no liability once they have been deposited.
Refunds due to absence from the recipient are unfortunately not possible.
Sundays and public holidays
All orders with a delivery day of Sunday or a public holiday will be delivered one day before or on the following working day. Our office is closed on Sundays and public holidays. You can always send us an email and we will reply as soon as possible on one of the following working days within our opening hours.
Subsequent changes or cancellations
In the event of changes to orders already submitted or cancellations of orders already submitted, any costs may be charged to the client (max. in the order value). A cancellation 48 hours before the order is handed over to the delivery service is unfortunately not possible.
Cancellations that we receive on time will be refunded as a voucher in our online shop.
Order execution
Please note that we only execute orders when the products ordered by you have been paid for. Bluemelade Töss accepts no liability for delays caused by non-payment.
