What Does Same Day Delivery Mean?

In Zurich City and Winterthur, we offer Same Day Delivery. All orders placed by 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day. This ensures that your fresh, regional flower bouquets arrive quickly and reliably. This service is ideal for providing last-minute joy or spontaneous gifts.

We deliver throughout Switzerland—every hospital, rehabilitation center, company, and private address. 

In Zurich City and Winterthur, we offer Same Day Delivery for orders placed by 12:00 PM.

Do You Deliver to Hospitals?

In Zurich City and Winterthur, if you place your order by 12:00 PM, we can deliver the flowers the same day between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

For hospitals in the rest of Switzerland, orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered by 2:00 PM the following day. We also provide a special selection tool for around 100 hospitals, making it easy to find the hospital’s address and place your order through our online flower shop.

If the hospital is not listed, you can select standard delivery and enter the hospital name in the company field.

What Should I Consider for Hospital Deliveries?

Please ensure that the patient is still in the hospital at the time of delivery to guarantee successful delivery of the flowers. If the patient has already been discharged, we cannot handle a late delivery and the customer is responsible for arranging a new delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Flowers on the intensive care unit can typically only be received after the patient has been moved to a regular ward. For any concerns or uncertainties, we recommend contacting the hospital directly.

Note that some hospitals may not allow flower arrangements for hygiene reasons. Please check the hospital's policy before ordering if you are considering sending a flower arrangement.

Are There Delivery Costs?

Yes, there are delivery costs. We charge 8.90 CHF for deliveries throughout Switzerland. For Same Day Delivery in Winterthur and Zurich City, if you place your order by 12:00 PM, an additional Same-Day Delivery surcharge of 4 CHF applies.

For hospital deliveries, which require additional coordination, the cost is 11.90 CHF.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during the ordering process.

Can I Specify a Desired Delivery Time?

Unfortunately, you cannot specify a delivery time. However, for nationwide deliveries, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which allows you to monitor and adjust your delivery if needed.

In Zurich City and Winterthur, we generally start deliveries after 12:00 PM to optimize our couriers' routes. Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

When Do You Deliver?

In Zurich, Winterthur, and surrounding areas, we deliver all orders after 12:00 PM. Our courier picks up the flowers at 12:00 PM and hands them over to our Zurich partner, who will complete the delivery with a bike courier. Deliveries usually occur between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

In the rest of Switzerland, we use our partner Planzer for deliveries. Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day. After placing your order, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to track your order, view the planned delivery time, and make adjustments if necessary.

What If the Recipient Is Not Home?

If possible, we will place the flowers in front of the apartment door. We will also try to access the building through neighbors if needed.

In the rest of Switzerland, the package will be left at a secure location, such as at the entrance or in the mailboxes. All flowers are safely packaged in flower boxes and the stems are wrapped in Freshbags, so they can wait a bit longer for the recipient.

Will Placing Flowers in Front of the Door Damage Them?

No, all bouquets are wrapped in Freshbags, so it's not an issue if the flowers are only placed in a vase later in the evening.

Do You Deliver on Sundays and Holidays?

Generally, we do not deliver on Sundays, but we make exceptions on special days. 

On Mother's Day and, if Valentine's Day falls on a Sunday, we will deliver your orders in our Same Day Delivery area.

Will the Recipient Know Who the Flowers Are From If I Don’t Choose a Card?

Yes, we note the sender on every delivery so that the recipient knows who the flower gift is from.

Can I Order Flowers Anonymously?

Yes, you can send flowers without an identifiable sender. Please inform us of this shortly after placing your order so we can make the necessary adjustments.

However, we recommend including a small card or message, as the recipient may wish to thank you for the lovely gift.

How Do I Redeem a Voucher?

During the ordering process, you can simply click on “Redeem Voucher” on the right side and enter your voucher code.

How Can I Pay?

Through Payrexx, a Swiss company, we have a reliable partner for secure payments and offer a variety of payment options.

Payment by invoice is also available in Switzerland: Select “Swissbilling by Cembra” during checkout and enter the required details to complete your order.
