This is how we deliver
Because we are based here, we have an in-house team of couriers who deliver the bouquets to the recipient. Flower orders received by us by 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday) will be delivered on the same day. Usually between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
We now have three couriers who deliver the flowers for you. We have a great team and try to always deliver the flowers in person whenever possible. If this is not possible because a recipient is not at home, an attempt is made to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in front of the apartment door. For this reason, all of our bouquets are wrapped in paper and have a so-called fresh bag around the stems that is soaked in water so that the flowers can wait for a few hours.
We also personally travel to the Winterthur Cantonal Hospital and the Lindberg Private Clinic. At Lindberg we are allowed to leave the flower delivery at reception and the hospital staff will bring them directly to the patient's room. At the KSW Kantonsspital Winterthur we bring the flowers to the rooms ourselves, if possible. Or we can leave it in the ward room of a nurse, who will then bring the flowers to the patient's room later.
We deliver not only to the Winterthur area but also to the whole of Switzerland, no matter where.

Winterthur is our catchment area. The origin of our online shop was in Winterthur Töss in 2000. Long before we ran an online flower shop, we ran a flower shop in Winterthur in the Töss district for almost 25 years.
