Express delivery to hospitals usually takes place between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

History of the Wetzikon Hospital
The GZO Spital Wetzikon is a modern public acute hospital with around 150 beds. Over 900 employees are committed to health care in the Zurich Oberland and beyond, at the cutting edge of modern medicine. The orientation towards the latest scientific standards is just as natural as a holistic perspective in the treatment of our patients.
In 2000, the Zurich Oberland hospitals Rüti, Bauma, Wald and Wetzikon were combined at the Wetzikon site to form the Zürcher Oberland health care system (GZO). Since 2009, the GZO Hospital Wetzikon has been working under the umbrella of a non-profit stock corporation, GZO AG.
Our service mandate corresponds to an expanded basic service with numerous specializations and state-of-the-art infrastructure. As a major employer and teaching company, we are also an important economic factor in the Zurich Oberland. In this position, we dedicate ourselves with passion and enthusiasm to the continuous modernization and further development of all medical, nursing and operational aspects of the GZO Spital Wetzikon company.
